How much is the deposit and when do I have to pay in full?
For shared parties, a deposit of £15.00 per person secures your place, with the final balance due by Friday 31st October 2025. For private parties, standard terms and conditions apply. Please contact us for more details.
When should I let you know about dietary requirements?
We ask to be notified of any dietary requirements at least 14 days before the event. For shared party nights, you can log back into the website to update your details. For private parties, please speak directly with your Christmas Coordinator.
When will I receive my tickets?
This is a ticketless event, making it easier for you and better for the planet. On arrival, simply provide the name your booking was made under.
Do you offer free parking on-site?
There is limited free on-site parking at Crumble Car Park, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
What’s the dress code?
Our guests love getting dressed up, so we recommend dressing to impress!
Can I pay by cash at the bar?
We’re a cashless venue, so please remember to bring a debit or credit card.
